It all started with a list
At 17, shaken by a depression diagnosis and a weak will to live, Katzbe turned to a bucket list to find purpose. Because of a strong stigma against mental illness, Katzbe delayed help and hid her symptoms. When she finally decided to address her depression, the situation was far more severe because she waited to get help. Now she's using her bucket list for a reason beyond herself: to destroy the mental health stigma.
