Beth Anne drove the nomination for the PowerPoint and Word Modern Comments' team as part of Microsoft Office's Customer Driven Excellence Awards. This team was chosen out of 23 nominations in their category to recognize multi-disciplinary groups helping to drive customer driven culture change in their work.

​Top 10 Women Engineers You Should Know


To celebrate the contributions of women engineers, SWE Magazine contacted its social media channels to pose the question: “Who are the women engineers we should know?” SWE sought to know the women engineers who are not typically in the spotlight but are making meaningful, even substantive, contributions in their workplaces, communities, and beyond.

In honor of this recognition, the adjacent full-page Microsoft ad was taken out in the spring 2020 edition of SWE's magazine.

2020 Microsoft Office Global Learning Champion Award


At Office's quarterly Hackathon, employees lead learning sessions to teach about technical and non-technical topics. The Learning Award goes to the best learning session conducted during the Hackathon. This award was given for the learning session titled How to Product Manage Your Mental Health.

This talk was presented virtually at the 2021 Product Management Festival Singapore. It has also been delivered several times in multiple countries, including four presentations within Microsoft (with over 200 attendees) and Product Management Night Toronto. Advanced bookings for this presentation are in place throughout 2021.
